SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?

Delivery timelines depend on the option selected at checkout:

  • Delivered to Your Door (3–7 Business Days)

  • Collect at Your Nearest PEP Store (7–9 Business Days)

  • Collect at Your Nearest PEP Store (3–5 Business Days)

  • Collect from Gemini Star (Free)

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive details via email or SMS.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Courier deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm, excluding public holidays. Couriers may contact you prior to delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Delivery to outlying areas may take slightly longer. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@geministar.co.za.

PEP store collections will be ready for pickup once you receive your collection notification.

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS R500 OR MORE

For all orders R500 or more, you automatically qualify for free delivery to your nearest PEP Store. We will contact you to confirm your preferred PEP Store for collection.

If you select PEP Store delivery at checkout, we will contact you to confirm your preferred PEP Store for collection.

To collect your order from the store, please bring your PIN, which will be sent to you, and a valid ID. This ensures a smooth and secure collection process.
