Thank you for shopping on our online store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with the swing tag.
INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
We strive to ensure that product information, availability, pricing, and delivery details are accurately reflected on our site. However, should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the website (note: slight color variations are not applicable) or is missing any parts:
- Please do not remove the product from its original packaging, stickers, or labels.
- Notify us within 7 days, and we will collect the product from you at no charge.
GOODS ARRIVED DAMAGED
If your goods arrive damaged, are missing any parts or accessories, or are inoperable, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please notify us within 7 days (the sooner, the better).
- To help us assess where the damage may have occurred, we will require:
- A photograph of the outer box (including any “Fragile” stickers, if applicable),
- A photograph of the inside of the box and inner packaging,
- A photograph of the damaged item.
- If necessary, we will arrange a collection at no charge. Upon inspection and validation of the return, we can:
- Replace the product (if available),
- Issue a refund voucher for the purchase price,
- Issue a refund (using the original payment method).
- Please note that refunds are not available if the item was received as a gift.
MISSING ITEMS FROM YOUR ORDER
Please thoroughly inspect and unwrap your package before contacting us about any missing items.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the return status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). Refund times may vary based on your card issuer’s policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
